Kirsty and I ate all of this over three days, and I still managed to lose 0.7kg. I think I am going to switch to just eating sweets…

I must confess I’ve never eaten bread and butter pudding…one of those things that doesn’t appeal to me, even though people who eat it rave about it!
Soggy bread doesn’t appeal to you? I cannot imagine why! 😉

hehe When you diet you always need to treat yourself or have a day off or your body will store the sugary goodness when you do have it!
I honestly do better when I eat desert than when I don’t. Maybe it’s because my sweets are often much smaller portions than a second helping of whatever else I might have eaten.
I love the custard of B & B pudding and sultanas.
I really like the almost-burnt sultanas that I sprinkle on top of the pudding. It’s a bitter-sweet flavour, and I often pick a couple off before serving!
You could create a revolution, the sweets only diet. Sounds good to me.
Ha ha, great idea, I LOVE sweets, although I love any sort of food. 3 days is a long time to eat it – it would have lasted 3 hours at our house 🙂
